The EPCU NEPA roadmap provides a summary of the co-lead agencies’ combined NEPA process for this specific project.

Public comments are collected during the scoping, the comment period on the draft document, and the objection period. Comments are an important contribution from citizens because they promote informed decision-making. Comments should provide sufficient detail for the agency to understand the commenter’s position and why the issues raised are important to the decision.
